How much is shipping?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping is estimated at 7–12 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Will I receive tracking?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Can I return an item?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging when possible. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can help with an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Can I cancel my order?
